时间:2012年4月19日(周四)13:00 地点:文德楼三楼报告厅 讲座人:Bill Harley 讲座题目:1. 高效能人员管理Managing People for High Performance; 2. 员工对于"优秀表现工作系统"的回应Employee Responses to "High Performance Work System" 讲座人简介:哈利教授研究方向为人力资源管理对于员工和组织的影响;担任《管理研究期刊》的副主编,并在世界一流期刊发表了众多论文,其涵盖内容广泛,如生产关系、组织工作、员工自治权、高效率的工作系统、工作中的民主与参与、劳动过程理论等。同时,哈利教授担任许多世界著名组织的顾问,例如国际劳工组织和经济合作发展组织。 哈利教授的教学与研究受到很多学者的肯定,在其领域曾获得许多殊荣,包括最佳论文、CMS兴趣小组、管理研学院(2004)、教学优秀院长证书(2002, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010)等优秀奖项。 Bill Harley is Professor of Human Resource Management and Associate Dean (Global Engagement) in the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Melbourne. Professor Harley’s research focuses on the impact of human resource management on employees and organisations and has been published in leading international journals including Industrial Relations, British Journal of Industrial Relations and Journal of Management Studies. He has acted as a consultant to numerous organisations including the ILO and the OECD. He has won a number of awards for his research and teaching including Best Paper, CMS Interest Group, Academy of Management (2004) and Dean"s Certificates for Excellent Teaching (2002, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010). 主要听众:本科生,研究生,教师 |
