Responsibilities in Brand & Product Marketing Team:
1) Support in product information update on English website to ensure content accuracy and quality. 2) Support in the production of Club Med product content & marketing materials in English and Chinese, including but not limited to copywriting, material consolidation, content audit, etc. 3) Support in market research, including benchmark report, industry trends and competitor monitoring. 4) Support in creative design, including but not limited to visual selection, banner creation, creative branding, etc. 5) Other ad-hoc subjects. Responsibilities in CRM Team:
1) Assist in operating and optimizing CRM strategy and execution. 2) Work with the team to continually seek out partner opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and growth and be able to support partnering on the ground. 3) Assist the team with day-to-day administrative tasks. Requirements: 1) Academic: Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing or language majors, master’s degree preferred 2) Languages: - Chinese: native speaker - English: fluent oral & written is a must (CET-6 level equal or above). Holding translation certificates is a plus. Having copywriting experience is a plus. 3) Personal qualities: creative, curious and detail-oriented. Able to work on multiple projects in an international environment. 4) Skills: good writing & presentation skills (previous experience in advertising agency would be a plus), tech savvy. 5) Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Powerpoint and Excel) and Photoshop (basic) as must. 6) Duration: minimum 3 months; 6 months preferred.
